Stir gently until cheese is melted. Pour 1/2 the pasta mixture into the prepared pan. Pour evaporated milk over all in cooker. Layer remaining pasta on top; finish with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Sprinkle 1/2 the Parmesan cheese and 1/2 the mozzarella cheese over the pasta. Add semisoft cheese and Parmesan cheese to cooker. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
